General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – ORA OUTLET
1. PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations between ORA OUTLET, SIRET number: 893 643 726 00019, address: 90 rue du docteur vaillant 78210 Saint Cyr l’école, and any customer making a purchase on the website www.oraoutlet.
By validating his order, the customer accepts without reservation these GTC.

ORA OUTLET offers fashion items and accessories at reduced prices.
• The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
• In the event of unavailability after validation of an order, the customer will be informed and reimbursed within 10 days.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
• Prices displayed according to the currency of each country, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
• ORA OUTLET reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
• Payment is made by credit card, in a secure manner.
4. ORDER
• All orders are validated after confirmation of payment.
• ORA OUTLET reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or dispute with a customer.
5. DELIVERY
• Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
• Estimated delivery times: 5 to 7 working days.
• In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed. ORA OUTLET cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
In accordance with current legislation:
• The customer has 14 days after receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal and return an item.
• Returns are accepted provided that the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
• Reimbursement will be made within 10 days of receipt of the return.
7. GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• The items sold comply with current legislation.
• ORA OUTLET cannot be held responsible in the event of misuse of the products or normal wear and tear.
8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
• The personal data collected is used only in the context of the order and is not transferred to third parties.
• The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data in accordance with the GDPR law.
9. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
• In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
• In the absence of an agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
